Fatigue

I am completely awed with the rapid  progress I’ve made with Dr Karen Tan.  I came to her with a host of issues, and my concerns have been addressed with amazing results. I was exhausted and completely out of balance.  The first week on the program was like being hit by a truck.  All I would think was that I must be really toxic.   I stuck with the regimen, and the fog lifted by about the 8th day.

I have been overjoyed with my weight loss, the return of my energy levels, and feeling like I’m back in the driver’s seat with regard to my body and my health.  For the first time in 9 years, I feel attractive again.. I want to go out with friends and socialize. I’m up in the mornings feeling youthful and with levels of vitality I truly haven’t experienced in years.  I honestly had no idea that the improvements to my health would be so profound this quickly.

I am sleeping through the night; my junk food cravings have abated: although I truly thought it impossible, I am drinking only one cup of caffeinated tea per day: and I feel excited about my life.  And this is just the first month and a half!!

What a gift and a gem Dr Karen Tan is!!
