What you need to know

What is CST?

CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a non-invasive approach pioneered by Dr. John E. Upledger, following extensive scientific studies at Michigan State University. It focuses on evaluating and improving the craniosacral system, which consists of membranes and cerebrospinal fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord.

How CST Works?

Practitioners use a soft touch, generally no greater than 5 grams, to release restrictions in the craniosacral system. This gentle approach aims to improve the functioning of the central nervous system by enhancing the flow of cerebrospinal fluid and addressing any imbalances or restrictions.

What are the benefits of CST?

CST can offer various benefits, including pain relief, stress reduction, improved mobility, and enhanced overall well-being. By optimizing the craniosacral system, CST supports the body’s natural healing mechanisms and promotes relaxation and balance.
